What is a valuation certificate?

A valuation certificate is a timestamped, printable document that records the guide retail and trade values for a specific caravan at a specific edition date.

A valuation certificate captures the retail and trade values from the guide for a chosen caravan model at the time the certificate is issued. It records the exact edition date so the figures are clearly tied to a published quarter.

Certificates are useful as supporting documentation during sales, part-exchanges, insurance renewals, or complaint handling. They do not guarantee a sale price — they record what the guide showed at the time of issue.

Each certificate gets a unique certificate ID that can be used for independent verification via the verify endpoint or the public verification page.

Access to the certificate tool is a paid add-on. If you cannot see the "Issue certificate" option on a valuation result, your plan does not include this feature. Contact support to enquire about adding it.
